మనలోని పౌరుషం… వీరత్వం ఎన్నటికీ చల్లబడిపోకూడదు అని ప్రతి ఒక్కరినీ తట్టిలేపే- ‘సలసల మరిగే నీలోని రక్తమే…’ అని పాటకు సంగీత, సాహిత్యాలతో ప్రాణం పోశారు శ్రీ కీరవాణి గారు.

మనలోని పౌరుషం… వీరత్వం ఎన్నటికీ చల్లబడిపోకూడదు అని ప్రతి ఒక్కరినీ తట్టిలేపే- ‘సలసల మరిగే నీలోని రక్తమే…’ అని పాటకు సంగీత, సాహిత్యాలతో ప్రాణం పోశారు శ్రీ కీరవాణి గారు. ‘హరిహర వీరమల్లు’లో ఈ గీతం వినిపిస్తుంది. నేటి పరిస్థితులలో మనందరిలో వీరత్వం చేవజారిపోకూడదని చర్నాకోలతో చెప్పినట్లు అనిపించింది. ఈ పాటను 21వ తేదీన అందరికీ విన్పించబోతున్నారు. ‘హరిహర వీరమల్లు’ చిత్రానికి కీరవాణి గారు అందించిన సంగీతం, నేపథ్య సంగీతం ఆ చిత్ర కథలోని భావోద్వేగాలను శిఖర స్థాయికి తీసుకువెళ్తాయి. ఈ సినిమా కోసం ఎంత తపన చెంది స్వరాలు అందించారో స్వయంగా చూశాను. ‘వీరమల్లు’కి ప్రాణం పోశారు అంటే అతిశయోక్తి కాదు. ‘మొదటిసారి మీతో చేస్తున్నాను అంటే… అందరూ ఆసక్తిగా ఎదురు చూస్తూ ఉంటారు. అందుకు తగ్గట్టు ఉండాలి కదా’ అనడం కీరవాణి గారిలో అంకిత భావాన్ని తెలియచేస్తోంది.

ఈ రోజు ఉదయం ఆస్కార్ గ్రహీత కీరవాణి గారిని కలిసి సాగించిన సంభాషణ ఎంతో సంతోషాన్ని కలిగించింది. సంగీత దర్శకులు చక్రవర్తి గారి దగ్గర శిష్యరికం నుంచి సరస్వతి పుత్రులైన శ్రీ వేటూరి సుందర రామమూర్తి గారు, శ్రీ సిరివెన్నెల సీతారామశాస్త్రి గారి వరకూ తనకున్న అనుబంధాన్ని, సంగీత సాహిత్యాల గురించి చెబుతుంటే సమయం తెలియలేదు. కీరవాణి గారి దగ్గర ఉన్న వయొలిన్లు చూసి వాటి గురించి మాట్లాడుకొంటున్నప్పుడు – నేను వయొలిన్ నేర్చుకోవడం, జంట స్వరాల వరకూ నేర్చుకొని వదిలేయడం గుర్తు చేసుకున్నాను. చిదంబరనాథన్ గారు ఇచ్చిన వయొలిన్ ను ఎంత భద్రంగా దాచుకున్నారో చూపించారు కీరవాణి గారు.

తెలుగు కథలను ప్రేమించే కీరవాణి గారు తనకు అమితంగా నచ్చిన 32 కథలను ఒక సంకలనంలా చేసుకొన్నారు. వాటిని నాకు బహూకరించడం ఎంతో ఆనందాన్నిచ్చింది. అందులో కీరవాణి గారు రాసిన రెండు కథలు కూడా ఉన్నాయి. ఆయన సరిగమలతో బాణీలు కూర్చే కూర్పరి మాత్రమే కాదు… చక్కటి తెలుగు పదాలతో గీతాలు అల్లగల నేర్పరి కూడా. తన పదాలతో గీత రచయితలకు మార్గం వేస్తారు. తెరపై కనిపించేది రెండున్నర గంటల సినిమాయే… కానీ కీరవాణి గారు రోజుల తరబడి, నెలల తరబడి ఆ సినిమా కోసం తపనపడతారు. సృజనాత్మక స్వరాలతో మైమరపిస్తూ తెలుగు పాటను ఆస్కార్ వేదికపైకి తీసుకువెళ్లారు.

“The fire within us… our courage and heroism should never fade.”

That is the stirring message conveyed by the powerful new song “Salasala Marige Neeloni Raktame…” composed and brought to life with profound music and lyrics by the legendary MM Keeravaani. This evocative song is part of the film Hari Hara Veera Mallu.

Given the current times, the song feels like a rousing call to ensure the spirit of valor within us never diminishes. It’s as if the lyrics and music themselves are wielding a flaming sword, reminding us of our inner strength. This inspirational anthem will be released to the public on the 21st of this month.

The music and background score by Keeravaani garu elevate the emotional intensity of Hari Hara Veera Mallu to extraordinary heights. I’ve personally witnessed the dedication and passion with which he composed for this film. Saying that he breathed life into Veera Mallu would be no exaggeration.

When he said, “This is the first time I’m working with you, so it has to be something truly special,” it reflected his deep sense of commitment and artistry.

This morning, I had the immense joy of meeting the Oscar-winning maestro Keeravaani garu. As we spoke, time flew by while he shared stories of his journey from being a disciple of the renowned music director Chakravarthy garu, to the enriching associations with literary giants like Veturi Sundararama Murthy garu and Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry garu.

When I noticed his collection of violins, it brought back memories of my own brief foray into learning the instrument up to playing paired notes before I left it behind. He even showed me the violin gifted by Chidambaranathan garu, which he has preserved with great care.

Keeravaani garu, a passionate admirer of Telugu storytelling, has curated a personal collection of 32 stories that he cherishes deeply. Receiving this collection from him was a moment of great joy for me. Among them are two stories penned by Keeravaani garu himself, revealing that he is not just a master composer but also a gifted writer, capable of weaving beautiful Telugu lyrics with poetic finesse.

He sets a path for lyricists with the words he writes. What we see on screen is a two-and-a-half-hour film, but behind it lies the tireless work of someone like Keeravaani garu, who devotes days and months crafting its music with unrelenting passion.

Through his creative genius and soul-stirring melodies, he brought Telugu music all the way to the Oscars. A feat that makes us proud, and a journey that continues to inspire.

పవర్ స్టార్ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ చారిత్రాత్మక యోధుడిగా కనువిందు చేయనున్న ప్రతిష్టాత్మక చిత్రం ‘హరి హర వీరమల్లు’. ప్రముఖ నిర్మాత ఎ.ఎం. రత్నం సమర్పణలో మెగా సూర్య ప్రొడక్షన్స్ పతాకంపై ఎ. దయాకర్ రావు నిర్మిస్తున్న ఈ చిత్రానికి క్రిష్ జాగర్లమూడి, జ్యోతి కృష్ణ దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్నారు. ఆస్కార్ విజేత ఎం.ఎం. కీరవాణి సంగీతం అందిస్తున్నారు. నిధి అగర్వాల్ కథానాయికగా నటిస్తున్న ‘హరి హర వీరమల్లు’లో బాబీ డియోల్ ముఖ్య పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్నారు. జూన్ 12న ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా భారీస్థాయిలో విడుదల కానున్న ఈ సినిమాపై అంచనాలు తారాస్థాయిలో ఉన్నాయి. ఇప్పటికే విడుదలైన ప్రచార చిత్రాలు, రెండు గీతాలు విశేషంగా ఆకట్టుకున్నాయి. తాజాగా ఈ చిత్రం నుంచి మూడవ గీతంగా ‘అసుర హననం’ విడుదలైంది. ఈ పాట ఆవిష్కరణ కార్యక్రమాన్ని చిత్ర బృందం ఘనంగా నిర్వహించింది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న అభిమానులు, ప్రేక్షకుల కోసం తెలుగు, తమిళ, హిందీ వ్యాఖ్యాతలతో ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించడం విశేషం.

‘అసుర హననం’ గీతం రోమాలు నిక్కబొడుచుకునేలా ఉంది. అసురులపై పోరాడుతున్న యోధుడి యొక్క వీరత్వాన్ని చాటిచెప్పేలా సంగీతం, సాహిత్యం ఉన్నాయి. శ్రోతలలో పోరాట స్ఫూర్తిని రగిల్చేలా కీరవాణి సంగీతం శక్తివంతంగా ఉంది. ఆ సంగీతానికి తగ్గట్టుగా గీత రచయిత రాంబాబు గోశాల.. తన పదునైన సాహిత్యంతో కట్టిపడేశారు. “భరతమాత నుదుటి రాత మార్చు ధీమసం” వంటి పంక్తులతో తన కలం బలం చూపించారు. గాయనీగాయకులు ఐరా ఉడుపి, కాల భైరవ, సాయిచరణ్ భాస్కరుని, లోకేశ్వర్ ఈదర, హైమత్ మహమ్మద్ తమ గాత్రంతో గీతాన్ని మరోస్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్ళారు.

‘అసుర హననం’ గీతావిష్కరణ కార్యక్రమంలో సంగీత దర్శకుడు ఎం.ఎం. కీరవాణి మాట్లాడుతూ, “హరి హర వీరమల్లు సినిమాతో నా ప్రయాణం ఐదేళ్ల క్రితం రాధాకృష్ణ(క్రిష్)తో మొదలైంది, ఇప్పుడు జ్యోతికృష్ణతో పూర్తవుతుంది. నేను చాలామంది దర్శకులను చూశాను. కానీ, తక్కువమందిలో ఉండే అరుదైన క్వాలిటీ జ్యోతిలో ఉంది. వేగంగా నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటాడు, ఆ నిర్ణయానికి కట్టుబడి ఉంటాడు. ఎడిటింగ్, గ్రాఫిక్స్, మ్యూజిక్ అన్ని పనులు ఒక్కడే చూసుకుంటూ నిద్రాహారాలు మాని ఈ సినిమా కోసం ఎంతో కష్టపడ్డాడు. ఇండస్ట్రీలో వివాద రహితుడిగా ఎ.ఎం. రత్నం గారికి పేరుంది. లిరిక్ రైటర్ గా ఆయనకు నేను పెద్ద ఫ్యాన్ ని. ఈ సినిమా రూపంలో ఎ.ఎం. రత్నం గారికి మరో భారీ విజయం సొంతం అవుతుందని విశ్వసిస్తున్నాను. అలాగే నిర్మాత దయాకర్ గారంటే నాకెంతో గౌరవం. ఈ సినిమాలో ఆయన పాత్ర ఎంతో ఉంది. రాంబాబు లాంటి మంచి గీత రచయితను నాకు జ్యోతికృష్ణ పరిచయం చేశారు. నిధి అగర్వాల్ తన పాత్రను చక్కగా పోషించింది. పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారిని మీరందరూ పవర్ స్టార్ అంటారు. నేను మూర్తీభవించిన ధర్మాగ్రహం అంటాను. ఆగ్రహం మనందరికీ వస్తుంది. కానీ సమాజం కోసం వచ్చేది ధర్మాగ్రహం. ఆయనకు మాత్రమే సరిపోయేలా ‘హరి హర వీరమల్లు’ను తీర్చిదిద్దారు. జయాపజయాలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా దూసుకుపోయే కార్చిచ్చు పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు. కార్చిచ్చు మీద ఎంత వాన పడినా అది ఆగదు. ఆయనతో మొదటిసారి చేస్తున్న సినిమా కాబట్టి ఎంతో శ్రద్ధతో చేశాను. జూన్ 12న విడుదలవుతున్న ఈ సినిమాని మీరు ఆదరిస్తారని ఆశిస్తున్నాను.” అన్నారు.

చిత్ర దర్శకుడు జ్యోతి కృష్ణ మాట్లాడుతూ, “పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారిని డైరెక్ట్ చేయాలని ప్రతి దర్శకుడికి కల ఉంటుంది. అది ఒక అవార్డు గెలుచుకున్నట్టుగా ఉంటుంది. నాకు ఈ అవకాశం రావడం అదృష్టంగా భావిస్తున్నాను. మొదట ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ కి పెద్ద పునాది వేసింది క్రిష్ గారు. దానిని పెద్ద స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్ళాలని రత్నం గారు ప్లాన్ చేశారు. ఇంత పెద్ద బాధ్యతను ఒలింపిక్ టార్చ్ లాగా క్రిష్ గారు నాకు అందించి ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్ళమని చెప్పారు. పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారిని, రత్నం గారిని మెప్పించడం మామూలు విషయం కాదు. అలాంటిది ఆ ఇద్దరూ మెచ్చారంటే.. ఈ సినిమా థియేటర్లలో ఏ స్థాయి స్పందన సొంతం చేసుకోబోతుందో మీరే ఊహించుకోవచ్చు. కీరవాణి గారితో పని చేయడం గర్వంగా ఉంది. కీరవాణి గారు అందరినీ ప్రోత్సహిస్తారు. రాంబాబు గారికి సిట్యుయేషన్ చెప్పి, పాట రాయించుకొని కీరవాణి గారిని కలిస్తే.. సాహిత్యం బాగుందని మెచ్చుకున్నారు. నన్ను కూడా ఎంతో ప్రోత్సహించారు. ఓ వైపు ప్రజాసేవ, మరోవైపు ఇచ్చిన మాట కోసం సినిమాలు చేస్తూ విశ్రాంతి తీసుకోకుండా పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు ఎంతో శ్రమిస్తున్నారు. ఒక గొప్ప సినిమాని ప్రేక్షకులకు అందించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో నాన్నగారు మొదటి సినిమా నిర్మాతలా ఈ సినిమా కోసం పని చేశారు. కత్తికి, ధర్మానికి మధ్య జరిగే యుద్ధమే ఈ కథ.” అన్నారు.

ప్రముఖ నిర్మాత ఎ.ఎం. రత్నం మాట్లాడుతూ, “ముందుగా మీడియా మిత్రులందరికీ నమస్కారం. ఐదు సంవత్సరాలు ఎంతో కష్టపడి ఈ సినిమా తీశాము. మీ మద్దతుతో ఈ సినిమా మరో స్థాయికి వెళ్తుందని నమ్ముతున్నాను. ఇది మొదటి ప్రెస్ మీట్. మరో రెండు భారీ వేడుకలు నిర్వహించడానికి సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నాము. ఇంత భారీ సినిమాకి తక్కువ సమయంలో వీలైనంత ఎక్కువ ప్రచారం చేయాల్సి ఉంది. అందుకు మీడియా సహకారం కావాలి. సినిమా ఫీల్డ్ లో నా ప్రయాణం 54 ఏళ్ళు. తెలుగు, తమిళ, హిందీ అన్ని భాషల్లో సినిమాలు తీశాను. 90 శాతానికి పైగా నా సినిమాలు విజయం సాధించాయి. సినిమా ద్వారా వినోదంతో పాటు, ఏదో ఒక సందేశం ఇవ్వాలనేది నా తపన. భారతీయుడు, ఒకే ఒక్కడు లాంటి సినిమాలు అందించాను. హరి హర వీరమల్లు సినిమా తయారవ్వడానికి ముఖ్యకారణం పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు. క్రిష్ గారు చెప్పిన కథ నచ్చి, పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారి దగ్గరకు తీసుకెళ్ళాను. రత్నం గారి జడ్జిమెంట్ ను నమ్మి ఈ సినిమా చేస్తున్నానని పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు చెప్పారు. కొన్ని కారణాల వల్ల సినిమా ఆలస్యమైంది. నా కుమారుడు అని చెప్పడం కాదు.. జ్యోతికృష్ణ ఈ సినిమా బాధ్యతను తీసుకొని ఎంతో కష్టపడి పని చేశాడు. ఎన్నో నిద్రలేని రాత్రులు గడిపి సినిమాని పూర్తి చేశాడు. హరి హర వీరమల్లు అద్భుతంగా వచ్చింది. ఈ సినిమా తెలుగుతో పాటు అన్ని భాషల్లో విజయం సాధిస్తుందని నమ్ముతున్నాను.” అన్నారు.

కథానాయిక నిధి అగర్వాల్ మాట్లాడుతూ, “హరి హర వీరమల్లు అనేది నాకు చాలా ఎమోషనల్ జర్నీ. ఇది నాకొక ఎమోషనల్ ఫిల్మ్. ఈ సినిమాకి నా హృదయంలో ఎప్పటికీ ప్రత్యేక స్థానం ఉంటుంది. నేను పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారికి వీరాభిమానిని. ఆయనతో కలిసి నటించే అవకాశం రావడం అదృష్టంగా భావిస్తున్నాను. నాకు ఈ అవకాశం ఇచ్చిన ఎ. ఎం. రత్నం గారికి కృతఙ్ఞతలు. సినిమా కోసం అంతలా కష్టపడే నిర్మాతను నేను చూడలేదు. జ్యోతి కృష్ణ గారు ఈ సినిమా కోసం ఎన్నో నిద్రలేని రాత్రులు గడిపారు. ఆయన కష్టానికి తగిన ప్రతిఫలం రావాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాను. ఈ సినిమా మీ అందరికీ నచ్చుతుందని నమ్ముతున్నాను.” అన్నారు.

గీత రచయిత రాంబాబు గోశాల మాట్లాడుతూ, “ఈ సినిమాలో ‘అసుర హననం’ అనే పాట రాయడం నాకు చాలా చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉంది. భారతీయుడు, జీన్స్, ఖుషి లాంటి బిగ్గెస్ట్ బ్లాక్ బస్టర్లు తీసిన నిర్మాత ఎ. ఎం. రత్నం గారు.. ఎంతో ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారితో ‘హరి హర వీరమల్లు’ చేసి జూన్ 12న విడుదల చేయబోతున్నారు. నాకు ఈ అవకాశం ఇచ్చిన జ్యోతికృష్ణ గారికి ధన్యవాదాలు. నాతో ‘రూల్స్ రంజన్’ సినిమాలో ‘సమ్మోహనుడా’ అనే పాట రాయించారు. అది చాలా పెద్ద హిట్ అయింది. దానికి వంద రెట్లు ఈ పాట హిట్ అవుతుందని నేను బలంగా నమ్ముతున్నాను. ఈ సినిమా కోసం జ్యోతికృష్ణ గారు యుద్ధం చేశారు. ఆయన తపస్సు వల్లే ఈ చిత్రం ఇంత త్వరగా పూర్తయింది. ఇక కీరవాణి గారి సంగీతంలో పాట రాయడం అదృష్టంగా భావిస్తున్నాను. పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారంటే పోరాటం, పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారంటే ప్రకాశం, పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారంటే ధైర్యం, పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారంటే అన్ లిమిటెడ్ పవర్. దానిని సినిమాకి అన్వయించుకుంటూ పాట రాయమని జ్యోతికృష్ణ గారు చెప్పారు. నాకిచ్చిన బాధ్యతకు నేను న్యాయం చేశానని అనుకుంటున్నాను. ఈ సినిమా పెద్ద విజయం సాధిస్తుందని నమ్ముతున్నాను. ” అన్నారు.

నటుడు రఘుబాబు మాట్లాడుతూ, “జూన్ లో పండగలు ఏమీ లేవు. ‘హరి హర వీరమల్లు’ రూపంలో జూన్ 12న ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా పెద్ద పండుగ రాబోతుంది. సినిమా అద్భుతంగా వచ్చింది. పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు మొదటిసారి చారిత్రాత్మక చిత్రం చేశారు. న భూతో న భవిష్యతి అనే స్థాయిలో ఈ చిత్రం ఉంటుంది.” అన్నారు.

అంగరంగ వైభవంగా జరిగిన ఈ వేడుకలో.. ‘అసుర హననం’ గీతాన్ని తెలుగుతో పాటు హిందీ, తమిళ, కన్నడ, మలయాళ భాషల్లో కూడా విడుదల చేశారు. ఈ వేడుకకు తెలుగు మీడియా, జాతీయ మీడియాతో పాటు హిందీ, తమిళ, కన్నడ, మలయాళ భాషలకు చెందిన మీడియా కూడా పాల్గొంది. గీతావిష్కరణ కార్యక్రమాన్ని ఇన్ని భాషల మీడియా సమక్షంలో ఇంత వైభవంగా నిర్వహించడం అనేది నిజంగా గొప్ప విషయమని చెప్పాలి.

A cinematic event unlike any other is arriving this summer, as Powerstar Pawan Kalyan steps into the boots of Veera Mallu—warrior, outlaw, legend. The songs released so far have struck a chord with the audience, generating significant buzz and appreciation. Hari Hara Veera Mallu presented by renowned producer A.M. Rathnam under the Mega Surya Productions banner, the film is being directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and AM Jyothi Krishna. Music is composed by Oscar-winning composer M.M. Keeravaani. The film stars Nidhhi Agerwal as the female lead, with Bobby Deol in a key role. Scheduled for a grand worldwide release on June 12, the movie has already garnered tremendous expectations.

Now, the third song ‘Asura Hananam’ has been released, with the launch event held in a grand manner. Uniquely, the event featured hosts in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi to cater to fans across India. Vocalists Airaa Udupi, Kaala Bhairava, Sai charan Bhaskaruni, Lokeshwar Edara, Hymath Mohammed elevated the song.

During the song launch event, legendary producer A.M. Rathnam said, “Greetings to all members of the media. We’ve poured five years of hard work into this film. With your support, we believe it will reach even greater heights. This is our first press meet – we’re planning two more grand promotional events. For a film of this magnitude, we need maximum publicity in minimal time, and we count on media collaboration. My journey in cinema spans 54 years, across Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. Over 90% of my films have been successful. I believe cinema should not only entertain but also offer a message, like Bharatheeyudu and Oke Okkadu. This film became possible because of Pawan Kalyan garu. When Krish narrated the story to me, I took it to him. He agreed, trusting my judgment. Though there were delays, my son Jyothi Krishna took charge and worked relentlessly, even through sleepless nights. Hari Hara Veera Mallu has turned out phenomenally well, and I’m confident it will succeed in all languages.”

Oscar winning composer M.M. Keeravaani remarked, “My journey with *Hari Hara Veera Mallu* began five years ago with Krish, and is now culminating with Jyothi Krishna. I’ve worked with many directors, but Jyothi has a rare quality – he makes quick decisions and stands by them. He’s personally overseen editing, graphics, music, and more – acrificing sleep and food for the film. A.M. Rathnam garu is a respected, controversy-free figure in the industry. I’ve always admired his lyric-writing talent. I believe this film will be another massive success for him. Producer Dayakar Rao also holds a special place for his role in the project. Jyothi Krishna introduced me to Rambabu, an excellent lyricist. Nidhhi Agerwal performed her role wonderfully. Everyone calls Pawan Kalyan the Power Star, but I call him the embodiment of ‘Righteous Fury.’ Anger is natural, but when it’s for the society, it becomes righteous. This film is tailor-made for him. He’s a wildfire that doesn’t stop, no matter how much rain pours. Since this is my first collaboration with him, I’ve put in immense effort. I hope the audience will support the film when it releases on June 12.”

While Krish laid the foundation for the project, Rathnam sir planned to take it to the next level. Krish handed me the responsibility like an Olympic torch, giving me to carry it forward.
